At DesignByGade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via our contact form. Our refund policy covers the following scenarios – in accordance with our guidelines and the applicable procedures from our partner Printful:
Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before production begins, you are entitled to a full refund.

Once production has started, we cannot offer a refund.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt to resolve the issue promptly.

Please include photos and a brief description of the damage or issue.

Depending on the situation, we offer either a refund or a replacement.
Production Errors

For printing errors or other production errors caused by us or Printful, we offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product (e.g., wrong size or color), please contact us immediately.

We will send the correct product and cover any additional shipping costs in accordance with Printful’s guidelines.
Non-Defective (Custom-Made) Products

Since all our products are made-to-order through Printful, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are not defective or misproduced.

Note: Certain items, such as sealed products (e.g., face masks), cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Additional Information

For packages that may be lost during shipping, claims for a refund or replacement must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If the shipping address is incorrect or insufficient, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping.
