  • Why might delivery take longer for some sizes?
    Certain sizes of posters may need to be produced in different regions due to Printful's production network. This can slightly extend the delivery time, but we always aim to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
  • How are shipping costs calculated?
    Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of the product and your delivery address.
  • Will I receive a tracking number?
    Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress.
  • Are the prints and packaging eco-friendly?
    Yes, Printful uses sustainable printing methods, and some packaging materials are eco-friendly. However, packaging availability may vary depending on your order and shipping location.
  • VAT & Taxes
    Do I need to pay taxes on my purchase? Since our business is small and our annual revenue is below 50,000 DKK, we are not VAT-registered. Therefore, we do not charge VAT on your purchases. You pay the price listed on our website without any additional VAT charges. What about VAT if I am purchasing from another EU country? Printful, our print-on-demand partner, charges VAT based on current regulations when shipping products within the EU. If you are located in an EU country, VAT may be applied by Printful depending on your shipping address. This will be shown on your Printful order confirmation. Will I need to pay any taxes on my purchase? Taxes on your purchase depend on your location. Since we do not charge VAT, you are responsible for any local taxes or duties that may apply in your country. If I am outside the EU, will there be any additional fees? Depending on your country, import duties or customs fees may apply, which are charged by Printful. These fees are beyond our control, so we recommend checking your local regulations for any additional costs.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    Since all our posters are custom-made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect with the product.
  • What if my product is damaged or has a defect?
    If your order arrives damaged or with production defects, please contact us within 14 days. Be sure to include photos of the product and its packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • What if I want to cancel my order before production starts?
    If you wish to cancel your order before it enters production, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Who pays for return shipping if there is an error or defect?
    In the case of a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • How do I care for my poster?
    To keep your posters in perfect condition, we recommend: Avoiding direct sunlight to prevent fading over time. Handling with clean, dry hands to avoid stains or marks. Storing or displaying in a dry room to prevent moisture damage.
  • What kind of paper is used?
    Our posters are printed on high-quality paper with a matte finish, ensuring a professional and durable appearance.
  • Will the colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?
    Due to differences in monitor settings and the printing process, the colors of the finished product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept secure payments via Stripe, including: Visa Mastercard and many more All payments are encrypted and 100% secure.
  • Are the designs copyright-protected? Can I use them commercially?
    Yes, all our designs are copyright-protected. You may use them in private or commercial spaces (e.g., offices or stores), but redistribution, duplication, or resale of the designs is prohibited.
  • Do your products meet EU standards?
    Yes, our posters comply with EU regulations, including safety requirements like the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR).
  • What is your warranty policy?
    We provide a 2-year EU warranty for our posters to ensure customer satisfaction.
