At DesignByGade, all purchases and transactions are subject to Danish law. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with the applicable Danish regulations regarding consumer rights, purchasing terms, and dispute resolution.
In case of any legal disputes, these will be handled in accordance with Danish legislation and, if necessary, through the relevant Danish authorities.

Products and Payment
All products are made-to-order in collaboration with our partner Printful – a print-on-demand provider with facilities worldwide.
Payments are processed via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and others are accepted).
VAT (Value Added Tax):
DesignByGade is not VAT registered, and the prices displayed are final without VAT.
Depending on your shipping address and local tax regulations, Printful may charge VAT and other customs duties directly.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to customers worldwide in cooperation with Printful.

Note: These times are estimates, and the actual delivery may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
In case of delayed delivery, please first check your shipping confirmation, your local post office, and possibly with your neighbors.
If the shipping address is found to be incorrect, we can send a replacement order – however, any reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Please note that we are not responsible for potential delays caused by our production and shipping partners, including Printful. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors such as production delays, carrier issues, or customs processing may impact shipping times. If you experience a significant delay beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Since all products are custom-made, there is generally no right of withdrawal or exchange.
The exception applies if you receive a defective, misprinted, or incorrectly delivered product. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days (preferably within 7 days for urgent issues) with photos and a description of the error.
This arrangement complies with applicable international regulations and Printful’s guidelines – for customers in the EU and UK, local consumer laws may provide additional rights.
Warranty Rights
You have a 2-year warranty on our products in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
The warranty covers production errors, but not normal wear and tear or damages resulting from improper use.
Warranty claims are handled in collaboration with Printful – please contact us with a detailed description of the issue, and we will assist you.
Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR for customers in the EU and UK.
For customers outside the EU, your data is processed according to local regulations.
